Owner and Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Pav is a board certified Chiropractic Physician graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida. Before furthering her education at Palmer, Dr. Pav graduated from the University of Delaware where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Physiology.
Manny
Patient Care Coordinator
Manuel Santamaria AKA “Manny” is the smiling face and warm welcome that invites you into our pain relief center. He has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry so he is rightfully named “The Maître D”. Manny is a world traveler and has traveled to major countries around the world. He has more friends around the world than Mark Zuckerberg! Manny loves Michael Jackson and can dance just like him. If you get him in a dancing mood, he may moonwalk for you. He spends his free time with his two kids, Mira the Pitt. You may find Manny supporting his son’s love for ice hockey with the Gulf Coast Flames. Manny looks forward to meeting you and sharing his traveling stories!
Tokkara
Licensed Message Therapist
Tokkara “TK” graduated as a licensed massage therapist from Everest in Brandon, Florida in 2011. Shortly after graduating, she gained employment at a spa. Realizing she wanted to learn more while working, she then moved on to working for a chiropractor. She enjoys educating patients on the purpose of each muscle while also explaining the importance of receiving a massage. She enjoys the opportunity to learn new techniques that most spas don’t allow which allows her to broaden her massage skills. She is certified in reflexology, upper & lower extremities, deep tissue and Swedish. Other modalities she offers are the following: cupping, prenatal and sport. She believes that pain & negative energy go hand and hand. So be happy, and your body will be happy too!
Reina
Front Desk Coordinator
Reina, originally from Puerto Rico, brings a strong background in healthcare with a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology. She is well-recognized for her dedication, responsibility, and genuine care for patients, making her an integral part of our team.
Beyond healthcare, Reina is also an entrepreneur and the founder of Dog Appawtizer, a company dedicated to creating natural and healthy treats for dogs, inspired by her love for animals and her creative spirit.
Family-oriented at heart, Reina enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes, as well as expressing herself through the arts. In her free time, you can often find her exploring new parks with her husband and dogs, spending quality time with loved ones, and seeking out new experiences to enjoy and grow from.
Mary
Billing/Medical Records Manager
Mary graduated from Florida Technical College in 2009 as a medical billing & coding specialist. She has several specialties in the field of medical billing, ICD 10 coding and compliance. Mary is our "hidden gem" of the team as you may not see her around, but she plays a fundamental role in our clinic and has been with the team since the inception. She is a "jack of all trades" and owns a nail salon in Orlando where she is sought out for her amazing nail art. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and going on many adventures!
Irene
Community Outreach Coordinator
Irene has extensive experience working in the healthcare field as a front desk coordinator. She hopes that her knowledge in the healthcare field will help her in her career path to becoming a nurse. She is very nurturing and always has a beautiful smile on her face. She has returned to the clinic and will serve the role as community outreach coordinator. During her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters or reading a good book while enjoying a great cup of coffee.
